360 Directors
Rick Morris
Director
I co-launched 360 sports education with Chris Evans in 2015, embarking on an exciting journey that merged my passion for sports, outdoor activities, and keeping children active. Alongside managing the company, I actively live the 360 values through teaching PE, leading After School Clubs, and overseeing the 360 HYPE and Football Holiday Camps during school holidays.
Before my venture into coaching, I held senior positions at Marks & Spencer, HSBC, and the educational charity AQA, supported by my BSc (Hons) degree. This transition into the world of sports and coaching has been highly rewarding, allowing me to combine my work with my lifelong passions.
I love all sports and have played competitive football, cricket, basketball, and tennis. Holding the FA Level 2 coaching award, I also take great pleasure in coaching local football teams (including Bourne Blades FC for 7 years) and now Fleet Town FC U17 – my twin sons play in these teams and have followed in my sport-loving footsteps. My wife, Mita, shares my enthusiasm for sports and our mutual love for bird-watching, wildlife, Safaris and travelling.
Chris Evans
Director
In August 2015, I co-founded 360 sports education with Rick Morris, fueled by my lifelong involvement in sports. I've represented teams in various sports, including football, cricket, badminton, and athletics, since my early school days.
With over 27 years of experience in sports coaching and teaching, my journey includes playing and coaching in countries like America, Belgium, Holland, France, and China. In addition to my role at 360 sports education, I've enjoyed delivering Level 1 and 2 football courses for the Surrey FA.
One of my personal sporting highlights was representing my country, Wales, in the European Championship Youth qualifiers in 1996. Outside of work, I'm passionate about watching Liverpool home and abroad, spending time with my family, and cycling across the beautiful Surrey Hills.

Director
I joined 360 sports education in July 2024 as the Associate Director of Training and Development.
My journey in the fitness industry began as a Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer, and over the past 30 years, I’ve gained extensive experience in coaching, teaching, managing, and assessing within the primary and post-16 education sectors. My background includes teaching BTEC, NCFE, 1st4sport, and City & Guild Qualifications, which has led me to earn a Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training. I’ve also had the privilege of living in Scotland, the Netherlands, and Germany, where I experienced diverse football cultures and styles of play.
Coaching has been a lifelong passion of mine, and I’ve earned the UEFA A license, along with coaching certifications in Basketball, Cricket, and Rugby. My coaching career highlights include being an FA Coach Educator, Academy Manager, Youth Director of Football, and coaching at the Gothia Youth World Cup.
Outside of work, I coach at my local football club and enjoy cheering on Liverpool FC. Family is incredibly important to me, and I love supporting them in their sporting endeavors across the country
