We offer an array of different First Aid Qualification options to meet your needs
Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work
1 Day Course, Total Qualification Time 6 hours: Online 2 hours, Face to Face 4 hours
Where a workplace first aid risk assessment identifies a need for an Emergency First Aider in the Workplace, this one-day qualification meets the requirements of the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981 and the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1982.
Level 3 Emergency Paediatric First Aid at Work
1 Day Course, Total Qualification Time 6 hours: Face to Face 6
A Level 3 First Aid course designed for those who have an interest in child and baby Basic Life Support governed by the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) or OFSTED. This course covers life-threatening conditions including CPR, bleeding control and choking.
OFSTED Approved, Level 3 Paediatric First Aid
2 Day Course, Total Qualification Time 12 hours: Online 4 hours, Face to Face 8 hours
Ofsted and the Early Years Foundation Stage. This two-day qualification fulfils the requirements for first aid training detailed in the Department for Education’s statutory framework for the Early Years Foundation Stage.
Level 3 First Aid at Work
3 Day Course, Total Qualification Time 18 hours: Online 4 hours, Face to Face 2 days x 7 hours
Where a workplace first aid risk assessment identifies a need for a First Aider in the Workplace, this three-day qualification will give the participants a qualification to the highest level of First Aid, meeting the statutory requirements of the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981 and the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1982.
Ofqual approved course. All successful students will be issued an FAW certificate lasting for 3 years. This FAW course covers all aspects of basic life support including CPR, bleeding, unconsciousness, choking, head injuries, sprains and strains and a vast range of First Aid conditions that you may experience in the workplace.
Level 3 First Aid at Work Re-Qualification
2 Day Course, Total Qualification Time 12 hours: Online 4 hours, Face to Face 8 hours
Where valid certification can be provided. This 2-day First Aid at Work course is designed for those who currently hold a First Aid at Work qualification and are due to expire and meets the requirements of the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981 and the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1982.
A First Aider can renew their FAW qualification by attending a 2-day requalification course without question, if it’s within 1 month past the expiry date. If the First Aider has lapsed by more than 1 month, but no longer than 3 months, then the First Aider can requalify by attending a 2-day course providing ‘Special considerations’ have been applied.
National Pool Lifeguard Qualification
5 Day Course, Total Qualification Time 36 hours plus
The National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) teaches practical skills of lifeguarding, such as water rescue, casualty recovery, CPR and first aid.
National Rescue Award for Swimming Teachers and Coaches (Light)
1 Day Course, Total Qualification Time 6 hours plus Assessment
NRASTC LIGHT is a supervision and rescue award for swimming teachers, coaches and/or instructors working during programmed activities, such as swimming lessons, when a Lifeguard or First Aid backup can respond quickly in an emergency.
National Rescue Award for Swimming Teachers and Coaches
2 Day Course, Total Qualification Time 12 hours plus Assessment
