Secondary School and College Enrichment Programmes

360 sports education partners with secondary schools and colleges to deliver high-quality sports education, enrichment, and development opportunities that go beyond the classroom. Our programmes are designed to inspire confidence, leadership, and lifelong participation in sport — helping students reach their full potential both on and off the pitch. We have experience with a variety of different sports and also offer 1st4Sports Education and Training Courses.

What We Offer

Tailored Sports Education Partnerships

We work closely with each school or college to design programmes that complement their existing curriculum and meet their learners’ goals. Current partnerships include The Sixth Form College Farnborough, Queen Mary’s College, and other leading institutions across the region.

Football Development & Team Programmes

360 oversees football provision for both boys and girls, delivering structured training sessions, competitions, and development pathways. We’ve proudly sponsored the Sixth Form Farnborough kit and delivered specialist training packages — such as our 3-day residential football development experience for Leamington College, which included full accommodation and professional coaching.

Sports Courses & Qualifications

Through our accredited partnership with 1st4sport, we offer a range of recognised qualifications in coaching, leadership, and activity delivery. These courses give students valuable practical skills, enhance employability, and support progression into further education or coaching roles.

Enrichment & Extended Learning

We provide additional enrichment options to enhance student experiences — from photography classes and creative workshops, to team-building activities and multi-sport sessions — ensuring every learner has the opportunity to discover new interests and build transferable life skills.
